[cs23021] void functions and pass by reference in project 2

CS1 students,

This is to confirm that you are allowed to use void functions and
pass-by-reference parameter passing discipline (the material of
today's lecture) in your second project.

This is not mandatory. You may still exclusively use pass-by-value and
non-void functions.
