[cs23021] accessing the list archive

CS1 students,

The list archive is protected by a security certificate (which is
unverified since it is prohibitively expensive). With recent versions
of web browsers such unverified certificates bring up a warning
message. To view the archive you'll need to accept this certificate
(in latest versions of firefox it is called "adding an exception").
