[cs23021] cdt upgrade released

CS1 students,

CDT (Part of the Eclipse that enables C++ development) has been
upgraded (to version 5.0.1) A number of bugs appears to be fixed,
including the annoying bug where gdb cannot find the source file.
without explicit mapping.

For those with home installations I recommend upgrading. From within
Eclipse go to Help --> Software Updates --> then update the Eclipse
C/C++ development platform and development tools.
