[Cs13001-blue] second quiz

CSI students,

The second quiz is on Thursday, September 30ieth. The setup
is similar to the first quiz: proctorio, first 15 minutes of the
class. The material covered is from the first quiz up to and including
everything studied till Sep 28 (call by reference).
