[cs13001] automatic dropping if low grade on prerequisite

CSI students,

To be able to take a course, CS majors should get at least a "C" in
every required prerequisite.

I was told to inform you that starting from this semester the
following policy will be in effect. Suppose you are enrolled in a
certain course C1 and advance-registered for a course C2, for which C1
is a prerequisite. Then, if you get less than "C" in C1 then, after
the final grades for C1 are in, you will be automatically
de-registered from C2.

For example, if you are in CSI this spring and registered for CSII for
the fall, you will be de-registered from CSII if you get a "C-" in CSI.
