The home installation instructions, including the link to Visual
Studio, are linked to the first lab description. 

To locate the lab, go to my webpage

 www.cs.kent.edu/~mikhail

Then click on the course's webpage link, then on the "Labs" link,
then either on "Home Installation Instructions" link or go to
"First Program" lab link and click on "Home installation instructions"
link there.
