[CSI] end of semester lab issues

CSI students,

The lab assignments are going to be as follows. 

- This week (Nov 28 through Dec 2) all sections will be taught lab
  number 11 (Objects with dynamically allocated members), EXCEPT
  section 014 (friday section) which will be taught lab 10 (dynamic
  memory allocation). The submission deadline is one week from
  the assignment.

- next week (Dec 5 though Dec 9th, last week of classes), no lab will
  be asigned, lab instructors will be in the lab, lab attendance is
  not required, EXCEPT section 014 (friday section). Section 014 will
  be taught lab 11 (dynamic memory allocation) on Friday Dec 9th. For
  friday section, attendance on Dec 9th is mandatory, the submission
  deadline is one week from assignment (end of finals week).

- I put up lab 12 (multidimensional arrays) assignment for
  practice. You are welcome to work on the lab. For example, ask
  lab instructors to comment on your code next week.

  However, you do not have to submit the 12th lab. The lab will not
  be graded and no extra credit will be given.
