[CSI] optional lab

CSI students,

I opened a lab (Objects with Dynamically Allocated Members). It goes
over the material we will be covering this Friday (and possibly
Wednesday).  It will be useful for practicing the material.

It is marked as optional. We will not not grade it unless you email
and ask us to. The grade for the lab will NOT be counted towards your
course grade: i.e. this is not a bonus or extra credit lab.
