[CSI] labs for section 017

This is for students in Section 017: lab meeting time M
12:05-2:00pm. Monday, November 11th is Veterans Day and the
university is closed. Your Classes (lab 9) deadline is still due on
the night of November 11th, The Labs 10 (Dynamic Memory Allocation) and
11 (Objects with Dynamically allocated Members) are due at the same
time on the night of November 25th. That is, you will not have the lab
on November 11th, but you will have two weeks to complete this lab
assignment.
