[CSI] power outage, webserver is back up

CSI students,

Last night the campus experienced a power outage. CS lost a networking
switch that services virtual machines including antares (the course
webserver). The admins re-routed the network connections and our
webserver is back up.

This was a relatively brief interruption so there are no deadline
changes. The quiz is still on Wednesday.
