[CSI] 002 section time, lecture recoding, proctorio, discord

CSIA students,

Here are a bunch of announcements.

* Section 002. Your lab time is indeed Tuesday 9:55-11:50am. The times
  are fixed on the course's webpage, the blackboard session time is
  adjusted. The lab instructor, Shishir, is notified. Come on Tuesday
  on time.

* the recording of the first lecture is linked to the course's
  webpage.

* the quizzes and exams are conducted on blackboard using browser
  plugin called Proctorio. It requires you to have a camera. To test
  your computer setup and readiness for tests, I set up a "trial test"
  on blackboard. It contains a single multiple choice and single essay
  question. The test has exactly the same configuration as upcoming
  quizzes and exams. No points are awarded for this test and taking it
  is not required. However, you are encouraged to take it to make
  sure you are ready for the future tests.

* There is a student-run discord channel where one can ask for help
  with CS related material. Here is the link:
