CSIA students,

The final exam is during the class time 11:00am-12:15pm on Tuesday,
March 2. The exam will appear on blackboard at exactly 11:00am. It will
need proctorio, so check your setup.

I will be in class link starting 10:45am onwards till 12:15pm. Starting
from 4-pm that day, the lab instructions and I will be grading your
exam. Once we are done grading, the grades will be available on
blackboard.

On Thursday, March 4th I will be available during my office hours and
during class time on respective blackboard links. There is no class on
Thursday. By then I should have your final grades. You are welcome to
stop by and discuss them.

The last lab, lab 6, for CSIA will be administered on Friday, Feb 26th
(section 003) and on Monday, March 1st (sections 001 and 002). There
will be no lab sections in CSIA. Lab instructions will be unavailable
after the last lab session. The last lab is already open. You are
welcome to start working on it in advance. For all sections, the last
lab is due by midnight, March 4th. There is no 3-day 2point penalty
for the last lab: it is 10 points until final deadline. Note that the
lab is due after the final exam. However, you are strongly encouraged
to complete it before the final exam since the material practiced there
will be tested on the final.

Check your earlier lab grades. They are in the EVAL subfolder of your
subversion repository. All lab grades, except for lab 6 are to be
discussed with your lab instructor before the final exam.

If you get at least a C in CSIA, you may enroll in CSIB, if you have
trouble enrolling once the grade is assigned, let me know. If you get
less than a C, you may enroll in CSIA repeat that is is held in the
second part of the semester. If you get less than a C in CSIA, you
will be dropped from CSIB.

CSIB starts on Tuesday, March 9th. Note that CSIB is a separate
course, your lab instructor may be different and so is your lab
time.

Thanks,
--
Mikhail
