[CSI] 7 day deadline, attending labs

CSIB students,

two reminders:

1. the deadlines for the labs are exactly 7 days. That is, there is no
   2 point penalty for submission after 3 days as it was in CSIA. This
   is done because the projects are more substantial in CSIB not as a
   license to procrastinate.

2. Lab attendance is still mandatory. You may  miss a lab only if you
   have a valid excuse and you need to notify your instructor and
   discuss your absence with him/her. If you miss the lab without
   a valid excuse, it is 2 points off. If you missed the first lab,
   contact your lab instructor asap.

   The lab instructors and lab information is on the course's webpage.
