[CSI] plans for this Tuesday

CSIA students,

Welcome to the course. This Tuesday, Jan 18th the campus is
closed. But it does not snow on the Internet. The first lecture will
be on Blackboard during the regular lecture time: 11:00am -
12:15pm. It is not in your standard Blackboard location - that one is
