[CSI] submitting the first lab, installing Visual Studio at home, tutoring

CSIA students,

As far as I know, all issues with accessing subversion have been
resolved. If you are still having trouble, let your lab instructor
know asap. Your first lab is due and has to be submitted. Please do
it.

Now is a good time to set up Visual Studio on your home machine. Here
are the instructions.

If you are having difficulty, check with your instructor or talk to

Be prompt, the deadlines are usually not moved due to technical
