[CSI] campus closed, quiz moved, lectures/office hours moved online

CSIA students,

We just got an announcement that the campus will be closed on
Thursday, February 3. The lecture and my office hours will be on
blackboard during regular times on Thursday.

The quiz is moved to Tuesday, February 8th. The material on Thursday
(Feb 3) lecture will be on the moved quiz.

In case the electricity or Internet is out during the lecture or the
lab, we'll record them later and post the recordings on the website.
