[CSI] lab deadlines

CSIA students,

The lab deadlines will be as follows

Wednesday's lab --> Wednesday next week by midnight (you'll have
	    	    slightly more than week)
Friday's lab --> Friday next week by midnight.

These are hard deadlines. No extensions without a valid excuse. This
summer, there are no soft deadlines or two point penalties. It is
either 10 points or zero.
