[CSI] quiz this thursday

CSIB students,

this is a reminder that there will be a quiz this Thursday, Nov
3d. The usual format: 10 multiple choice questions in the first 10
minutes of the class. The quiz covers material from the beginning of
 CSIB: structures, classes, recursion and whichever subject we cover
 on Tuesday.
