[CSI] I posted pictures for dynamic objects lecture

CSI students,

I got a request for pictures that I draw in Paint to illustrate the
need for destructor/copy constructor/overloaded assignment. I do not
have my current pictures saved, but I have pictures from previous
semesters. I posted them under examples link here:
