The material on the second quiz is:

  - from bottom of slide 7 in predefined functions lecture (L07)
    "ranged random nuber idiom" onwards
  - programmer defined functions (L08)
  - namespaces (L32)
  - multiple file programs (L09)
  - void functions and call-by-refernce(L10)
  - arrays (L12)

strings will not be on the quiz.
