[Cs3] dept Unix machines and compilers

CS3 students,

We have four general computing department Unix servers: wasp, hornet,
poseidon and neptune. The first two use the university login/password,
the last two (poseidon and neptune) use the departmental internal
login/password. 

All four machines run identical operating system and use identical
compilers (both g++ and clang). For the compilation reference, let us
standardize on g++. That is your submitted program needs to compile on
any of the department's machines with g++.
