[Cs3] programming styles

CS3 students,

There was a question about proper indentation size. There is no
universal agreement. It varies from 2 to 8 spaces. Smaller allows more
potential indents while larger has greater visual separation. I like 4
spaces. GNU and Google guideliness require 2. Here, btw, a wiki
