[Cs3] snow day

CS 3 students,

The university is closed on Thursday. This means two things:

- there is no quiz on Thursday. It will be held next Tuesday instead.
- there is no lab on Thursday. Here is how we are dealing with that.
  For section 002, there is no attendance requirement for lab 3
  (Templated list). However, this lab will be due with Lab 4 (Student Roster).
  That is, section 002 has two weeks to complete Lab 3.

  For all other sections, lab schedule is unchanged.
