[Cs3] no participation grade

CS3 students,

As I said in class, I am canceling participation grades. Due to the
way the grade in this class is calculated, this amounts to a slight
shift towards other tests: labs, quizzes and exams. 

If you are not comfortable with this, let me know and we will work out
an alternative assignment instead of participation grade. Note that no
extra credit or makeup credit will be given.
