[Cs3] labor day labs

CS3 students,

Monday September 2nd is Labor Day. Section 003 has lab on Monday. For
Section 003 students.  There will be no lab session on September
2nd. Your second lab will be due the same date as your third lab. That
is, you will have 2 weeks to complete your 2nd lab. No lab 2
attendance will be recorded or required. All other sections will
proceed on regular schedule.
