[Cs3] end of semester labs

CS3 students,

Here is the situation with the labs. Lab 12 (Genealogy) is the last
lab that is formally assigned and graded for credit. Lab 13
(Checkpointed History) is just posted. It is not formally assigned and
you cannot get credit or bonus points for it. However, this material
will be on the final, so doing this lab is a good practice. If you
submit it with the 12th lab, the lab instructors will check it and
give you feedback (no grades or points through). So Lab 13 is optional
but you are encouraged to complete it.
