[Cs3] last lab

CS3 students,

As you know, Lab 12 is the last lab (except for graduate students). Lab
instructors will still be present during the lab session, but they will not
teach a new lab. So, your attendance is not mandatory. You can still attend
the lab in case you have a question about lab 12 or 13.

Graduate students,

Your lab 13 will be due one week from the due date of lab 12.
