[Cs3] quiz on Feb 4th

Troops,

Question 7 on the example quiz is known to be ambiguous due to the
undefined order of function execution in the output statements. The
output can be either 21 or 12. The question was meant to test the
operation of static allocation type modifier. I'll fix it
soon. Hopefully.
