[Cs3] blockchain and anlge brackets

CS3 students,

Whele working on the exam tomorrow, keep this in mind: the blackboard
is html-based and is not friendly to angle brackets. It if it is
giving you a hard time, try &lt  &gt which is html-eze for <>
Also, your answers will be graded by humans, so any way you can
communicate that is readable by me, Alfred and Tamim is acceptable.
