[Cs3] extension for 7th lab

CS3 students,

We need to catch up with the lectures to the lab material. Therefore,
Lab 7 (Updating hash container) taught this week will be due in TWO
weeks. There will be no lab assigned next week. The lab instructors
will be in the lab answering your questions and helping with the
lab. Lab attendance for these lab sessions is NOT mandatory.
