[Cs3] labor day lab deadlines

For section 003, this last Monday August 29th, Joseph taught too labs:
Lab 1 and Lab2. There is no lab for section 003 in the coming Monday
September 5th due to labor day.

Lab 1 is due on midnight of September 5th (one week deadline), Lab 2
is due on midnight of September 12th (two weeks).

All other sections are not affected by Labor day and their lab and
deadline schedule is as usual.
