[Cs3] french quotes

CS3 students,

It turns out, in UML, the french quotes are used to denote something
called a "stereotype": a construct defined to be used as an elementary
building block in UML diagrams. So it not just a comment.

Gamma et al did not use stereotypes. The french quotes on diagrams in
the Adapter lecture are from someplace else (not from the Design
Patterns book). So feel free not to learn stereotypes.
