[Cs3] CS3 last labs

CS3 students,

The last, 13th lab is opened. It will be assigned the next week. Note,
that the week after that is Thanksgiving so the lab deadline is
pushed back a week. Note that this pushes back another week the
deadline for Lab 12 for section 003.

So the last lab deadlines are as follows:

Week of
Nov 17   lab 13 assigned
Nov 24	 no labs are due, no labs are assigned
    	 lab for section 003 (Monday, Jason) is open,
	 Jason is in the lab happy to answer your questions
	 attendance is not mandatory

	 no labs on Wednesday or Friday

Dec 1	 Lab 13 is due
    	 also Lab 12 is due for section 003
