[Cs3] extension for lab 9

CS3 students,

We are behind on lecture material. Lab 9 (Adapter, Moving Square,
State Scheduler) is extended for one week: it is not due next week
(the week of 27th), rather it is due the week after on the appropriate
dates. Lab attendance is not required the week of the 27th. However,
lab instructors will be in the lab during lab times and will provide
assistance and answer your questions regarding lab assignment.
