[Cs3] Final exam study guide

The final exam study guide is it be presented to either the TA, the
tutors, or to me. I am holding a pre-exam Consultation time: 9-11am
Tuesday, Dec 9. If you cannot make any of these dates, let me know and
I'll set up the time for you to show me your study guide.

Note that the study guides as usual need to be handwritten.
