Two ways. You can figure out how to use command-line mail program like
pine or mutt that are available on neptune and other CS servers.

Alternatively, you can use ssh-based programs like scp (secure copy)
to download your code to your machine and mail it form there. There is
an excellent Windows scp client called winscp
