[cs33211] Exam Format and Bring IDs on Exam Day

Dear OS Class:

In response to a question asked about the format of exam 1 in OS.  There
will be True/False questions, Multiple Choice and Essay style questions.
You will not have to code, BUT you should have an understanding of the
functions/primitives.

Also, you are required bring your ID to the test this Thursday, Oct 1st
2015 in order to take the test.  Please do not forget.

A reminder, there is a study guide available on our class website.
