Hello OS Class:

Project 2 is posted on our website.

I also updated the readersWritersLCV.cpp (with a bunch of comments).  This
code can be found by clicking on the "code examples" link beside the "8. Ch
5 Process Synchronization" slides.

Additionally, exercises and solutions are available for Ch 5 and Ch 6.
Again, these are the exercises and solutions provided by the authors that
are available for all.  Look for the "Exercises" link in the upper left
side of our website.
