[cs33211] Project 3 Grade

Dear OS Class:

A few people had questions about the comment  "report is not in proper
format".

The report should give nicely written explanation of the algorithm being
implemented in addition to how you coded the project. Screen prints of
working code or an explanation as to why the code does not run needs to be
provided as well. Also, it is important to follow the specs of the
project.  The input filename should be requests.txt.

Please review the specifications for more details.
