[Cs35101] Refresh browser to get updated exam 3 topics

Hello Class:

A couple students noted, "I tried to load the Exam 3 Topics page, and get
the following message:
The requested URL /~dforebac/classes/ca/Exam3Topics.txt was not found on
this server."

You need to refresh your browser.  Press ctrl+shift+R if using windows.

The direct link to the updated topics is:
http://www.cs.kent.edu/~dforebac/classes/ca/Exam3TopicsRev1.txt
