[Cs35101] Computer Architecture Project 1 Extended Due Date 2/29 by midnight

Dear Computer Architecture Class:

The project 1 due date is extended to Monday, 2/29 by midnight.  This gives
you an extra weekend.

Also, you may make the assumption that the 30 characters will NOT be
separated by a blank space.  This avoids special coding around the space.
