[Cs35101] 2 project files required for each project submission

Hello Computer Architecture Class:

Two project files are REQUIRED for each project submission to potentially
earn full credit.

1. The PDF Report is worth 10% of your grade.  If this is the only file
submitted, you will earn at max 10%.  If your PDF file does not open, you
will lose 10% of the grade.  It is YOUR responsibility to verify the report
opens.

2.  If the .asm code file is not submitted, you lose 90% of the points for
the project.  It is YOUR responsibility to make certain your code file is
submitted and opens.
