Dear Computer Architecture Class:

For question 9a, the numbers represented are in unsigned binary format...

I was posed the question " are you asking us to find the 2's complement of
both numbers and then add/subtract, or are they already at 2's complement" for
questions 9b and 9c.  The numbers represented are in 2's compliment binary
format.
