Dear Computer Architecture Class:
You may use the multiply pseudo instruction "mul" for your homework.
mul instruction format
mul rd, rs, rt # rd = rs * rt
example:
mul $t1, $t2, $t3 # $t1 = $t2 * $t3 (register $t1 gets the contents of
what's in $t2 times the contents of what's in $t3).
