[Cs35101] homework 3 problem 2 correction

Dear Computer Architecture Class:

Homework 3 problem 2 does not make sense as it stands.  There is a typeo.

The question should be

if (a > b) c = d
else if (a < b) d = c
else c = 0;
a = a + 2;

The incorrect question had the highlighted yellow as (a>b)...this did not
make sense.
