[Cs35101] Project 2 - late submission penalty

Dear Computer Architecture Class:

As stated in today’s lecture, for Project 2, late submissions are permitted.  However, a 20% deduction is given per each day the project is late.  So, 20% deduction if submitted after midnight tonight, a 40% deduction is submitted after midnight Friday, ....
