updated the tentative schedule to include the due dates for these
assignments.

Here's what we have projected for approx. the next two weeks.

 Homework 2 & Quiz 2 at the beginning of class - Thursday, Sep 28
 Project 1 - Tuesday, Oct 3 by 11:59 p.m.
