Afterwards select the processor with the best performance. Show your work for each processor.</div><div><br></div><div>Recall, the processor's clock rate is given in GHz. So, processor P1 has a 3 GHz clock rate means that P1's clock rate is 3*10^9 cycles per second (cycles/second). The CPI for processor P1 is 1.5 cycles per instruction (cycles/instruction).
