ws07 users,

It appears that you will need to use the default ports for TOSSIM to
allow Tython (SimDriver) to connect to TOSSIM.  This creates an issue as
only one instance of TOSSIM can be running on the default port.

To use the defaults ports, remove/do no add the following line to the
Makefile:

PFLAGS += -I../pc

This is the what allowed the users of ws07 to simultaneously run
multiple copies of TOSSIM by assigning unique ports to each user.

This means the three ws07 users will either:

1) need to coordinate usage of ws07 (running of TOSSIM and Tython)
2) find a windows machine to complete project 3
