[Database class] dbproject difficulties.

Brian,

According to our systems people,  you should access the website
from webdev.cs.kent.edu rather than dbdev.cs.kent.edu.  You also need
to set the $host for your database access from localhost to the full
dbdev.cs.kent.edu.
